Who we are?
We are a non-governmental, independent, non-partisan and non-profit organization, member of the civil society, registered and recognized at the provincial, national and international level.
We were born from a community center, in a neighborhood called 8 de Marzo, in 1989. We provided school support, family support, sports, recreational and cultural activities. In 1995 we became a Foundation, adopting a different legal format but keeping our goal of improving people’s lives.
